The company is also registered and licensed by NITA-U's Personal Data Protection Office as a data collector, processor, and controller under license number PDPO-202408-3540. Agreement to Use of Personal Information and Data

We take steps to ensure that any third parties are legally and contractually bound to disclose personal information to us.
• We collect your image and document/file information that you provide during the identity verification process in order to satisfy Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requirements for personal information, in line with our regulatory obligations.
