Responsbility is taking extreme ownership of your life and what's commited to you with accountability.
Honour is discering, acknowledging, esteeming, celebrating or rewarding value/distinction. What you honour is what you attract, the honour you sow is the honour you reap.
Faithfulness is being available and committed. This is what makes for trustiness and increase.
Excellence is the quality of being exceedingly above, consistently. Think of it like being or seeking to always be better (10x or more). There is always a way to improve, room for more and better, press on for that.
Integrity is when your actions align with your words. This is a no-excuse zone, the realm of unchangingness in the light of responsbility. It's where one's life is mapped to what they are expected of and how they match up to that.
Temperance is self-control and discipline. This is the way of mastery, marked by adherance to the rules of the game with unbending commitment.
Patience is hopeful endurance or continuance. This is the one thing without which you can't have outstanding or enduring results
A team is 2 or more people working together in agreement towards a given expected end. There is power in numbers and agreement, two or more are always better than one. Our primary place of agreement at pasbanc is the vision, mission, goals and values.
This is the all-encompassing principle by which and with in which all the other values and abouts of pasbanc consist and are applied. It's the one thing without which all other things are futile.
